I have experimented with lots of meditation techniques but can say that without a shadow of a doubt Vedic meditation is by far the most powerful. I just can't express enough how much I've gotten out of it, 6 months in and my meditations are still my favourite part of the day! Lastly, meditation is only half the story, Will, Jess and the team are beyond amazing and without them this gift would not be possible, so I am profoundly grateful and humble for their guidance and support. Xxx

I came across meditation thanks to my friend Manu, I was curious and sure that every little could help. I discovered something both gentle and super powerful. It's been almost 3 months now and I already can feel the difference. I was not looking for anything particular but I had the intuition that meditation would be the secret weapon for my future adventures. I can say it's been such a great experience that I was able to inspire my entire family (Mum, Dad, brothers, and my brother's wife) to learn the technique. The training happened last week and I've been astonished by the impact on them all during and after the training. They all can feel the benefits after a few days of meditation and I can feel the process of virtuous circle working on them. I am sure this experience will connect us to an other level of consciousness. I cannot thank enough Jess and Will for their kindness and true care during the process of teaching. And I looking forward to attending their retreat.

Having learned from an equally inspiring couple in Bali, Jess and Will have kindly taken me under their loving wing back in the UK. Their group meds are fantastic and the ongoing advice and insight they so generously offer has been invaluable in continuing and expanding my practice. To anyone thinking about it, don't hesitate! Greater balance, poise, humility and self-confidence await you. The busier you are the more helpful you'll find it and you'll soon look forward to twice daily meditations.

I'd been debating about learning to meditate for a long time. I'd originally tried mindfulness but found that it was too "fiddly" to incorporate into my everyday life. I finally took the plunge three months ago and attended Will's course. Since then I haven't looked back, I've found the benefits to be amazing. My stress levels have come down, I'm sleeping better than ever before and as I travel a lot for work I've managed to find a brilliant way of combating jet lag.

I started the New Year thinking about my continued confusion and lack of clear direction around the subject of Meditation. I had tried various methods over the last few years, read some books, but somehow I just couldn't apply the discipline. I knew it was important for my self development, but I also felt that I needed to find my "key" to a way forward. With so many different classes and approaches, I felt lost and reluctant to make the wrong decision. I needed to stop, and I needed to listen, and I needed to trust. I had already contacted Will at then end of 2014 and was considering this option. I looked at the cost and hesitated, was I again flailing around and not really knowing what I was doing?....another half hearted attempt to "walk the talk". But then I relaxed. Something seemed right, something felt right. Synchronicity also played its part, and I found myself attending the course. I felt a little self conscious at first, but very soon it became apparent that I had finally "landed". I was immediately taught a simple yet profound method of Meditating. It was a very relaxed and soft nurturing environment. I have since found my discipline, I have learnt not to judge good and bad Meditations and to compare one with another (a common fault of mine previously). So now I am part of the family, and I look forward to our gatherings and group Meditations in Brighton. I also feel that I am at the beginning of a journey that will weave through and enrich my other interests and work. These are wonderful people, and for me probably the best investment I have ever made. I feel blessed, and I think (know) I have just scratched the surface, like a pinprick in a sheet of black paper held to the light, my gut is telling me there is so much to learn here, so much more behind. Perhaps it is that infinite Sacred wisdom already within us.

A huge smile comes to my face and a feeling of relief when I think of WWM. A smile because the people running the course and all the people attending the course are lovely and it is such a happy experience. The relief comes from knowing I have been given the tools to deal with every difficult, sad and unpleasant situation life can throw at you. Then I smile again because the more I use the tools the less unhappy situations I find myself in. WWM = 1 continuous smile...

Since learning this technique of mediation (after trying many other styles of meditation over the years) I can honestly say I don't think I'll ever give this one up! I find it easy to keep up with, fits in around a hectic busy life and has brought so many positive changes for me. More energy, clarity, less reactivity when under pressure at work and overall an amazing vibe to life has occurred. The teaching is brilliant with Will offering his deep knowledge in a realistic and understandable way. Also the ongoing support from the whole team who are on hand by email or phone really made this course stand out for me, knowing they are their for any queries that might pop up, stands out so much from other meditation courses and you feel they really do care how their students progress. Finally love the meditation community (group medtations) which allows for a chance to chat with fellow mediators and also again bring up any questions and pick up tips from Will & Jess. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. if you really do want those positive life changes you're looking for then this is the course for you!

I feel that there is life, Before Vedic meditation, and, life After Vedic meditation. After two intensive years of caring for my husband, and then following his devastating death, my nervous system was in chaos. All my senses were impaired, and, I had no memory... I would get out of bed in the morning and, shudder at the day. Six months later, along comes a weekend of 'Vedic Mediation' with Will. Sceptical, I go along with my two daughters' (12 and 16 years), but somehow feel it is going to bring 'something' I can't put my finger on..... One week, two weeks, and three weeks on, and, meditating twice a day, I am still feeling as though I am on a blissful island, surrounded by the torrents of modern day life..... My taste, vision and memory are back, and, I am waking up in the morning with a smile .... and, I feel, as though I have dropped into my body 20 years younger.... Amazing, and, the practice is effortless. The less you think about, the better it is, which goes against all other grains of thought (I have read spiritual and self-help books, practice yoga, had acupuncture and cranial osteopathy) - nothing else has been this transformational. My daughters' and I are really smiling again. Pain, loss and separation are no longer clinging on, and we feel free. Thank you to Will and, his wonderful, EXTRAORDINARY work
