I first met Will and Jess in February 2015 and how life has changed since then! Following a weekend course where Will shared with the group all there is to know about the Vedic mediation practise, I left on that Sunday afternoon with a 50 : 50 blend of apprehension and excitement. Thereafter, as I practised each day and got deeper into my mediation, apprehension quickly dissolved and excitement built! The beauty of this technique (I think anyway) is its' simplicity. 20 mins twice a day and you are good to go! My life seems clearer and calmer and less confused since that February weekend - a new perspective on life if you will. So compelled was I with my new teachings that I convinced my wife to attend a course in May. She is now practising daily also and just as passionate about Vedic mediation as I am! So much so that we have since taken our two children along to see Will and they have now started meditating also (I kid you not!!!) It's pretty calm and chilled in the mornings at our place nowadays after all 4 of us have meditated! Thank you Will (and Jess) for this truly amazing gift and personally, for helping me get my life back on track after my health issues. Much love to you both Tush

I participated in this training somewhat by chance. And I do not regret it at all ! This has made it possible for me to demystify the practice of meditation and to keep my life in balance, what I was missing. Jess and Will, I want to thank you. I have been struck by your kindness and your good energy. I can't wait to see you again in November for the retreat!

Will's Vedic Meditation course just came at the right time in my life. At the time I was not centered, didn't know what to do with my life and felt a little lost. Then a friend recommended Will's course and since then things have drastically changed. I am sleeping better, I feel more compassionate, I am more confident and although I still don't know what exactly I want to do in life I know I am exactly on the right path. Jess and Will are very patient and will answer all the questions you may have especially at the beginning or later on. They have also created a great community, make sure to try out the group meditations!

I feel like the meditation weekend was life changing and beneficial. I have noticed I am calmer - relaxed and I can feel it in my breathing. Before, at times, I felt anxious but now I am more still and feel there is a part in me I can always reach to feel calmer and solid. I feel i am on a journey and having met this meditation was great!

The meditation course was super healing - I found it very powerful. The course has helped me to get my meditation routine on track - it's very easy to fit into daily life. The practice is helping me to understand myself more deeply, being an artist it's bringing me lots of inspiration!

I attended Will's meditation course a couple of months ago and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I'm really seeing the benefits and they just seem to get better with time. The main benefit for me has been an increase in energy and better sleep and I feel happier and healthier than I have in a while. I'd tried a few different types of meditation before but I found vedic meditation really worked for me - it's so easy to do, fits into your daily life and enabled me to connect in a way I hadn't managed previously. Will and Jess are so fantastic and have such a great knack for making you feel comfortable. They're great teachers and their support continues after the course finishes. I would totally recommend this course without question. Thanks Will and Jess!

I decided to do the course after reading the reviews on here. I wondered if they were too good to be true, but am thrilled to say the vedic meditation really is as amazing as everyone else has described. I don't truly understand how repeating the mantra twice a day works such wonders, but it does. I have a new-found respect for my body and its capacity to heal itself when it is allowed. I did the weekend course three months ago and for the first couple of months the meditations were a very physical experience - my neck would stretch back, and sideways - and I just had to trust that my body knew what it was doing. I have released so much tension from my shoulders and neck and I walk taller and straighter (and this despite doing lots of yoga and thinking I was pretty healthy.) I have also released a lot of blocked emotions and fears. I can often feel them going during the meditation. Again I am in awe that my body knows how to do this when give the chance. Previous meditation I have tried I have never stuck with but I wake up looking forward to doing this and can't imagine not having it in my life. If you have been put off meditation because you think you need to shut out all the thoughts buzzing through your head - the good news is you don't need to with this meditation. The amazing work happens even while your thoughts are flitting about, It truly couldn't be simpler. I feel calmer, less stressed, much more able to deal with difficult situations, I don't take things so much to heart. I feel more connected to life and excited about what the future holds. I've recommended it to friends who have since done the course - and all I can say is if you are wondering if it is for you - you have nothing to lose by trying. And you could be soon writing your review on here!!

If you are reading this and wondering whether to do the course, then do it. Whether you have a specific emotional or physical issue or not, all of us in the 21st century are exposed to incessant mental 'noise' and information overload. Meditation is a way of finding a bit of deep peace. I am a middle aged corporate lawyer and so pretty far away from what some people think meditation is about i.e. would-be hippies lighting joss sticks, chanting Om and knitting their own yoghurt. Will and Jess are special, welcoming, extremely nice people and entirely normal. Will's teaching method is totally compatible with modern busy lifestyles. Meditation as Will teaches it is easy to do and you get some benefit from the very first time you do it. Will also gives you great (free) help after the course. If nothing else it is incredibly relaxing, even for beginners. So try it. Absolutely 5 stars.
