I've found my energy levels have rocketed. You can also say that my intolerances to food (which are loads) have reduced significantly. I think they're stress related and the meditation has really helped.

I discovered Will while looking for a teacher of meditation for children, wanting to introduce my kids to meditation. I attended one of his intro talks in Soho and loved the utter lack of "woowoo" nonsense when talking about meditation and its impacts. He fielded rapid questions from many people across many different topics, this gave me great confidence that this was a person who just got meditation in his body and not someone selling new age mindfulness quick fix. I have been meditating regularly now since I took his course and loving the benefits, highly recommend you give it a go.

For the last 16 years I've tried several types of meditation but have never stuck with any of them. Mainly because practicing them was dogmatic and trying to quiet my mind was more often than not a source of stress rather than calm. However, after only a couple of months into vedic meditation, I feel I've found the right path. Meditation has never been easier nor more impactful than now. Plus, Will and Jess are simply great at helping one understand the "why" behind the practice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in taking control of their own lives.

I came to Vedic meditation because I had a condition which caused me a lot of pain and was on medication which had side effects I would rather have avoided. Within a short time of learning, the pain cleared and I was able to come off the medication and I haven't been on it since. I was a real relief. Vedic meditation has had a positive effect on all aspects of my life. I have realised that I was suffering from chronic stress which was affecting the way I lived and experienced life. Things are different since i have learned - much easier and enjoyable. Everyday I meditate I know it's going to be a good day.

I have been practicing different types of meditation for the past 2 years and was very interested to learn Vedic meditation. I was hoping to get some general well-being benefits some time down the line and did not expect that it would totally rock my world! The very next day I started waking up before my alarm and now I wake up around 6 am every morning. I have been getting enough sleep every night due to deep rest during meditation. I also found that it is a lot easier to get into the meditative state while practicing Vedic mediation compared to mindfulness, awareness and Kriya... I find meditation incredibly rewarding, I have not skipped a single one. On the contrary, I look forward to practicing every morning and evening. An interesting thing happened just 4 daysafter I have learned it. I run a half marathon (which I have only done 3 times prior). The last one was 4 months ago and because of the summer holidays I pretty much did not train for this race. I run 14 mins faster thanmy last race and was really surprised with the result! Since I have learned I have a lot more energy throughout the day and feeling so upbeat I have gone through my long to-do list and now working on projects I have started and never finished long time ago. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I just wish everybody had a chance to learn this, it's truly a miracle! Will and Jess are so lovely and knowledgeable, they will help and guide you through any challenges you have.

Will and Jess are absolutely beautiful people and I have had an amazing journey with them! I did the course about 8 months ago and have now been to two retreats. I have to say, I was a bit sceptical at first but I am sooooo happy I gave it a go. I was in a very dark place when I started and the regular group meds and their willingness to help me through this difficult time have made a huge difference. I am incredibly grateful for everything they've done and for the amazing quality of teaching and ongoing support! I would definitely recommend anyone who is ready to try something new to sign up for the course, you will not regret it!

I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my specialist kept on at me to start meditating. 'I've tried and failed. How am I supposed to empty my head of thoughts?' I said. 'You must find a way.' he said. I came across Vedic meditation and thought that repeating a mantra sounded more my bag. I liked Will's setup as it seemed professional. Both he and Jess are great, super supportive and professional. I have recommended them already to friends. I have completed the beginners course, a rounding retreat and recently an advanced mantra course. I employ many approaches to help with my CFS, but meditation is the one thing that has a measurable positive effect on my wellbeing.
