In six hours, spread over three consecutive days, we can teach you how to meditate confidently and effectively. Classes can be timed in the morning, afternoon or evening - depending on what suits you best, and subject to teacher availability.
By the end of the course you'll have everything you need for meditative self-sufficiency; you'll be raring to go and start reaping the benefits of your practice.
Please note, the course must be run on consecutive days; it is not possible to break it up.
