I booked onto a weekend course having done a bit of yoga, and a tiny bit of meditation. The 3 sessions flew by - packed with information, and subtle tips and guidance on practical meditation in day-to-day life. In the immediate days since, I’ve been way more positive at work, I’ve had more energy day on day, and life is just ‘better’. I'm looking forward to the coming days/weeks/months of this 'new life'! Thank you!!!

I signed up to do the online course after a few months of mindful yoga, and reading some good reviews. I wasn't 100% sure - but thought I'd dive in. The 3 sessions over the weekend were great. It Flew by. Enjoyable, valuable, not packed with instruction, but subtle (and invaluable) guidance. In the following days, I noticed an immediate effect - way more positive at work, more energy day on day, and life was just ‘better’. It's early days - but I'm looking forward to the coming days/weeks/months. Not sure if it is a honeymoon effect in such a short period - but I'll take it, and I'll take the positive view for the future with meditation. Thank you!!!!

I did the virtual retreat and then the rounding technique 3 times last week and really felt the benefits. I really enjoy doing it. I have found myself being more present especially when I’m with my daughter. I have noticed I can get so much more done in the day and feel energised. We’ve noticed a massive difference in the house everything and everyone feels so much calmer it’s great!

I attended the beginners course 5 years ago. It was the best life choice I've ever made. Last week I experienced a virtual meditation retreat weekend, which was profoundly healing. I felt myself finally shift a deeply held belief that no longer served me, but that I was subconsciously clinging onto. I am feeling much more at ease now, and I've kicked a bad habit - my thrice-daily coffee - without thinking about it. My day now feels more more joyous. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a reboot for their meditation routine. 5 stars in everything! An amazing retreat.

One week. That’s all it took to help me turn that corner that I have been looking for, for a long long time. Will and Beeja have totally blown my mind. I was at the depths of despair. High levels of anxiety, grief of loosing both parents in a short time, marriage breakdown and so much more, that I thought, my head was going to explode. I booked to do a free initial chat with Will and straight away his enthusiasm and total belief of his system was opened up to me. I was so excited that I signed up to do the beginners course within 10mins of finishing that initial chat. So one week on from doing the course and I’m feeling so much more positive and really good in myself. Just two 20min sessions a day and I’m feeling great about what the future holds for me. Even my children have noticed a difference in how I talk and approach subjects with them. That has blown me away to hear them say that. All that after just one week of following Wills teaching. So what’s next? Having spoken to Will (He doesn’t abandon you after the course I’m happy to add) I’m going to go to a retreat with him and his students in March to further my training. I will not hesitate to say that if your thinking of making a change to anything that you have going on in your life. Make a call to Will. Listen to what he has to say. I promise you will not be disappointed. I’m 51 with a whole life of heartache, hurt and regret. But this last week has shown me that I’m just beginning a new journey. The past no longer matters. It’s what’s ahead that I’m looking forward too. This could be you too. Will has changed my life in the space of a week. He can do the same for you! Thanks Will and your amazing team. I’m happy to report the meditation has been wonderful so far. It’s been a hectic month since I took the course with Will but the sitting twice a day has kept me sane, relaxed and able to interact with my mother for more than two days in a row without losing my mind which, for me, is like walking on water. I really can't stress enough how effective it's been in such a relatively short amount of time. More energy, less anxiety, less depressive thinking - and it's only been a little over a month. So if you've already made it this far just do it. Take the course! You won't regret it.

As I approach my one year anniversary of Vedic meditation practice with Beeja, wanted to take a moment and send my heartfelt appreciation to you and the team. The calmness that continues to evolve within my central nervous system is something I have never experienced in my lifetime, and I attribute it solely to regular and consistent meditation practise under your tutelage. Amongst other qualities, this calmness fosters better sleep, a balanced demeanour and a dramatically enhanced ability to be present in each and every moment. Truly a changed human. I tip my hat to you and the team.
