During meditation, I have felt a very powerful energy force within me while meditating, I could feel all the chakras one by one. It was stronger than what I've had before with other meditations. And when it gets to the 20mins mark , I feel a fullness all over, almost as though I've been filled with energy and that's when I open my eyes and know 20 mins are up. Outside of the meditation I've noticed the following: I am far more energetic and procrastinate less. I feel much more confidence in speaking my mind and composing my sentences and articulating myself. Communication has gotten better. And where I used to get very bloated and drowsy after eating bread for as long as I can remember, I am now able to eat it without such symptoms.

After hearing about Meditation I decided to give it a try with Will Williams. I was surprised at how strong and instantly this technique worked. It helped me battle fatigue and anxiety and also helped me creatively, getting in the flow while working. Meditation has allowed me to create a much more balanced and calm life and really become much more aware of myself. And when the inevitable hardships of life happen, vedic meditation is a tool that can be relied on that can help ease the suffering. I have nearly been meditating a year and have been on 3 retreats with Will and Jess and with their amazing support I have really been able to push my meditation technique much further in a very short space of time. The support and group meditations that is provided from Will and Jess really help to keep you motivated and to develop your technique and also meet like minded individuals who are trying to improve the quality of their life. The 20 minutes of meditation twice a day has become something that I rely on and relish. It is a moment to reconnect with myself and get away from the anxiety of life. Put simply meditation makes life more enjoyable!

Before meeting Will on the recommendation of a friend, my only experience of meditation was through yoga, and I’d always found it the most challenging part of a class. But right from the first day of the beginners’ course, I felt that I’d found a far more personalised form of meditation and it quickly and easily became part of my daily routine. Two and a half months in, I’m aware that I’m still only at the start of the process, but I’m already sensing some subtle changes: I feel less stressed by work, less anxious about the unknown, more aware of the underlying reasons for certain reactions or emotions, and it generally feels as though there’s more space and lightness in my life. Will and Jess are brilliant teachers - clear, encouraging, supportive, kind and funny - and I feel very lucky to be learning with them.

I have been doing various types of meditation on and off for a few years but most of them require too much time to fit into a daily routine. I initially thought that a meditation based on a mantra wasn't for me but I was open to try after a friend recommended me so highly to Will Williams Meditation. And two months down the line, I am enjoying it so much, I would recommend it to anyone. Surprisingly, I really like having a mantra and the one I was given really resonates with me. The 20 minutes meditation is reasonably easy to fit in the daily routine though on hectic/social days, it can be a bit more challenging. But the meditation makes me feel so nice (I can feel warmth around my heart) that finding the time for it is a priority for me. I prefer to meditate at home but I also do it on the tube when I am in a rush in the morning. The best conditions for meditation though are when I go to the group meditation. The energy of the group makes the meditation so lovely and powerful. And it is always nice to meet like-minded people and, for those who want, share the journey we are on. One last thing I must mention, is that the meditation would energise me after a poor night sleep and is making wonders when flying, no jet lag!

I thought the structure of the beginners course was brilliant. I really enjoyed learning the ins-and-outs of meditation, getting the chance to ask some questions and learn about the studies into it's benefits and doing the first few sessions in a group was really good I think. Definitely wind-in-sails. I've been really enjoying doing the meditation on my own too, definitely feeling a lot clearer in the mind already, and feel so much more rested. 10/10 recommendation from me. This is top stuff.

I just finished my beginners course and what an amazing experience that was...Will was so helpful and answered all the questions we had. The group meditation was just amazing. It's only been a few days but I have made sure I meditated twice as recommended and the change in me has been awesome...my colleagues and clients have picked up on my new positive attitude and the new happy vibes I have given off and I just feel like an all round better person. I would recommend this to everyone. Thank you so much Will!

I know for a fact that the Vedic Meditation has enabled me to have a better work life balance and to also remain more positive. I have been able to address other areas of my life and be more open to spiritual experiences, which just would not have been possible prior to gaining this gift. I'm so glad to have this tool, it brings me peace of mind when I am hectic and keeps me calm and in balance when stresses would otherwise knock me off balance.
