Having first learnt transcendental meditation many years ago, Will has brought to me a much wider and deeper understanding of the Vedic knowledge that underpins meditation practice. He is a superb teacher with a great knowledge and passion for his subject and empathy for his students. Together Will and Jess are a fantastic team (and also lovely people!). As with millions of people in London or living in any major city, life was good, but slightly frayed around the edges. For me, pulling at the thread was not an option, so I tried meditating for years. Before my course with Will, I never quite found a course, which worked with my needs, made me feel safe. I was struggling to sit still for two minutes, and being told to visualise a hot air balloon or a dolphin wasn't working either. After a horrendous shopping trip off Oxford Street, I stopped off at Wholefoods for some R & R, saw there was an introduction for the course around the corner and had less than ten minutes to make it. I was armed with scepticism and questions, which Will answered frankly and cogently. I never travel with a map, therefore couldn't see a valid reason not to sample the vedic meditation course. I'm fairly grounded, healthy and balanced, but have enough buzz and energy to power a small town. Naturally, I was convinced I knew all there was to know about me: I hadn't even scratched the surface. Sound judgement, stronger intuition, choosing your battles, erasing and replacing redundant persons or situations with better things, communicating resourcefully with yourself and others - the list goes on; all no doubt by-products from the realignment, which comes from my daily meditation practice. I'm a social smoker, but must admit, smoking does feel like a dreadful habit now as opposed to that blissfully, lovely ritual it once was - sometime I don't even notice when I haven't had my one of three rollies a day. I can't walk on water, move mountains, but feeling alright again is a great starting point.

Meditation was a last resort for me after suffering a life altering head injury. After the injury I was subject to a few unfamiliar side affects such as anxiety, head aches, panic attacks and I lost the ability to socialise. This was very unlike me and it was frightening. I was introduced to Will who immediately made me feel comfortable and that I was doing the right thing. Naturally I was skeptical but felt like I needed to try it as nothing else had worked. Several days after my weekend with Will I had a phone call from a friend asking how my head was and if the anxiety was still bad, I had to pause a second.... It was then I realised that my head aches were gone, the anxiety were gone and the panic attacks were gone! I'm so happy meditation found me. Since starting I have continued and felt countless benefits from it. The main one being the impact it's had on an old neck problem. It somehow takes over the movement of my neck and manipulates it until the pain has gone. This happens in all of my meditations, once I open my eyes I get a sensation of relief. I could go on for hours but the best thing I can say is everyone is different and it'll give you an individual experience depending on what you need. #bestpartofmyday

I used to have repeated buzzing ear on one side whenever I thought too much or was stressed but as soon as I started a meditation, it immediately went away in the first 30sec. And now I don't have it anymore. Which is a wonderful thing! I seem to make better decision too. Absolutely a life time tool I need! Thank you so much!

I took Will's meditation course in May 2014, having had increasingly bad anxiety over the past few years. It was an enormous relief for the anxiety to quite quickly disappear, and gradually for a less reactive and calmer outlook to take hold in my approach to life. Thank you to Will and Jess for your warmth and guidance throughout the course and at the group meditations. It has been a complete game changer.

In the beginning of September I was browsing Internet, searching for some other kind of meditation, when the website of Will popped up. What I read reminded me a conversation years ago, someone telling me about the POWER OF THE SOUND. Still hesitant, I signed up at the last possible moment. I'm deeply grateful to the Force that made me go for it. For the past 8 years I was involved in deep spiritual studies, wanted to know how life works. I'm aware of my weak points, and while what I learned is valuable, I was not able to make the necessary changes inside and out. Two weeks into Vedic meditation ..... And much to my shock, I decided to drop what I was practicing. I felt like a white piece of paper. Light .... Now one month have past since my first meditation..... I haven't had a down moment:-) I just wake up every morning and realize that a certain pattern or belief I had is no longer there. For example, I wasn't able to say " no" , just to make people happy, I would end up with overlapping meetings. Now I take my time and I stand my ground. I started working on my passion, I feel much more connected to myself. I trust my decisions. I used to beet myself up not only for what I perceived as my mistakes, but for other people's too. Now I'm relaxed, let go of control. I feel some kind of power building up in me. My trust in the Divine Force is higher and higher. I'm happy, light and flowing. Guys, I can go on and on. I have tried many things, nothing has done so many profound changes in such a short time. And the best part..... IT'S EFFORTLESS. I don't even think of what I want any more. I just joyfully do my 20 mins morning and evening. Everything happens by itself, and goes wherever you need it most, you just observe. I still have a long way to go and I'm excited. Will and Jess...... Nothing I say would be enough. They just radiate warmth, love and care. How can you not love them back? It's contagious :-) imagine when this love spreads around .......
