I'd always known that things don't just happen, and know I why, how ,where and when they do! With the extensive knowledge that I have gained through will and his team, it's has been life changing in many ways, the fact I'm less stressed, anxious, and can problem solve with a lot more ease makes daily life that bit sweeter, it's like someone has sprinkled a little sugar on my soul :) I practise it twice a day with ease despite not thinking id be able to drag myself from bed that extra 30mins earlier but it happens smoothly, I've have spoken to people who practise other forms of medatation and they seemed to have taken years to reach a level I achieved in months, this really is "the one" Thank you will and team much love xxx

Firstly I would like to note that Will is an excellent teacher; I found the Vedic technique easy to learn and use. I also think his knowledge about meditation is impressive, and I enjoy the fact that he is engaged with both ancient teachings and modern scientific findings. I have also been delighted by the continuing support and sense of community offered. I think this is a really important part of meditation, and Will and Jess deliver it with great kindness, warmth and fun. They are both approachable and lovely people. Vedic meditation has been a wonderful addition to my life. I feel that some of the most pronounced positive changes include: being able to sleep properly again; various phobias disappearing (e.g. embarrassingly, I used to be very afraid of pigeons, and now I can practically let them perch on my foot); I panic less, and feel less anxious; I feel more balanced, and calm; I have less desire to drink alcohol and have given up smoking; I feel more compassionate; I find it easier to be friendly and congruent between different groups of people. I'm sure there are more (and more to come), but having just meditated before writing this, I would also note that when my head is feeling really frazzled from work, stressful situations, fatigue or illness, meditating clears my mind, calms me, grounds me, and makes me feel more energised. I have tried other forms of meditation, and I don't want to put them down in any way, but I have found that Vedic meditation is the easiest to learn and incorporate into daily life, and has the most pronounced benefits.

Although initially skeptical, I booked a course with my fiancee largely for her benefit. The (rather selfish) benefits I felt I could derive from such a technique was to structure my work productivity better, being an overly ambitious entrepreneur. And yet, 4 months on, wow. What an unbelievable difference and improvement I see in the structure of, not just my work productivity, but my life. With such a fantastic teacher, and now friend, in Will I am truly blessed to be where I am - a better person, intrinsically and extrinsically more successful and more controlled and focused. Thank you. I can't say that enough.

I have been mediating for about 2 months and since doing so I have noticed a dramatic change in the levels of stress that I feel on a daily basis. I really look forward to sitting down to do them as they help me to feel more balanced than I ever have. I have battled with an eating disorder for 5 years and although I have managed to make progress alone, the meditation has enabled me, almost immediately, to think in a much more rational way, helping me to cope with all the things that used to trigger my self destructive behaviours. Other coping mechanisms such as smoking and drinking have also been a problem for me and I have watched in a very short space of time, my need for those things, diminish. It's truly amazing and I feel high on life alone, a complete and utter blessing and something a lot of people around me, never managed to do. The change has enabled me to feel a sense of freedom in my life that I have been searching for, for a very long time. I would recommend this to anyone willing to give it a try. I am very grateful to have found this x

We asked our students how meditation has helped them...

It's been less than a week since I attended Will Williams meditation course and already I'm astounded by the immediate effects of learning to meditate! The technique is simple and I felt the meditation "working" from the first instance. In just a few days, my sense of well-being has dramatically improved and I feel more settled on a deeper level. And this is just the beginning! Will is an excellent teacher: patient, caring, and passionate about sharing this gift with others. If you have any doubts, leave them behind and just take the course. It's 100% worth it and I can't recommend it enough!!

I learned to meditate a few months ago and still think this is one of the most amazing life skills to have. I'm far more relaxed than I used to be and stay calm in situations that normally would have triggered a not all that calm reaction. I am more energised, get out of bed much more easily in the morning and generally feel so much more content and happy in life. Thank you Will!
