Having done many years of yoga, mindfulness and other guided meditation techniques , I came across this website and felt like I wanted to try a new style of meditation to see if it could deliver . Once I completed the course I started practising for 20 minutes twice a day as suggested, repeating this simple little mantra that Will gave me. All I can say is wow ! What a difference this has made to my life!! I had felt a long yearning to alter my path in life but I didn't really know how to accomplish that change , until now. Vedic meditation has brought a clarity to my thinking, a different perspective on life and it has delivered a sense of calm, peace of mind, and a tangible sense of oneness with my myself and the world I now feel a part of. These days, the pace of life seems so fast and just so full of 'stuff' that investing 20 mins twice a day may seem a little daunting at first. However, the rewards are significant and plentiful and there is nothing that would deter me from doing my daily practice, it simply adds too much value to my life. And it buys me time. Lots of it. I am no longer caught up in the rush as I used to be and it seems to make everything much smoother and more manageable. Will and the team are genuine, sincere, thought provoking and really good fun!

My life can be divided into two parts: My life before I started meditating , and my life starting after. After is better. Much better. I learned Vedic meditation with Will 8 months ago and it has had a profoundly positive impact on my life. The benefits started very quickly once I began meditating and I can feel the changes continuing to come with each passing month. My c onfidence is much, much higher, and I now have real sense of exactly who I am. I have also found that since practising this technique I feel much happier. And isn't that really what we're all looking for? Surely there are many ways of reaching happiness, however from seeing the results in myself and of the people who were in my course (all really lovely and we have stayed in touch since) I'm con vinced that Vedic meditation is one of the easiest ways of getting there. So yes, Vedic meditation does work . I t really is changing my life for the better. It's something that I look forward to practising for the rest of my life, and sharing with everyone who feels inspired by it . Cheers Will!

I've been working with various meditation practices for many years but I always found it far too easy to come up with an excuse not to sit and practice, until now that is. I came away from Will's introductory course feeling totally tranquil for the first time in years Eloquently guiding us through the course , Will has a wonderfully gifted ability to mix science with spiritual understanding. He lead s you through the basic principles and techniques in a way that anyone could follow and implement and it all comes together into such an easy practise. By the end of the course you feel armed with everything you need to make it work for you. The benefits of doing the 20 minutes of meditation twice a day are tangible even after a few short months; I've had some of my best night's sleep in years and it feels fabulous. I should also mentionthat this has been an invaluable tool in my recovery  from alcoholism. For years I've been struggling to  stay of the drink for concerted periods of time, but the more I do this, the more I feel at complete ease and don't feel compelled to hit the self destruct button. And contrary to previous practice , I haven't missed a day yet. This has obviously sparked a considerable interest in all things Vedic and I am now looking forward to doing a retreat with Will & Jess in March. One of the chaps on the course I was with went to one last month and said it was immense!

I have now been meditating for 4 years. Having tried a whole range of different techniques in that time, I can safely say that Vedic Meditation is by miles the easiest technique to learn and more importantly the most straight forward one to integrate into your daily life without even having to think about 'making time' for it. The course was brilliant, laid back and informal yet very informative. By the end of it I was buzzing! It has taken years of searching, but I have now finally found the kind of meditation I've been looking for. Will, Jess and Elle are such a kind, supportive and open-minded bunch. I am so grateful to have found you guys, thank you!

I went and learned with Will last year and had a very positive experience and have subsequently been recommending the course to friends. I had to have an operation soon after and I found the meditation really helped with the anxiety prior to it, and the recovery afterwards. I was extremely happy to get pregnant in the following couple of weeks (after 10 months of trying). It seems the meditation helped my body get back to where it needed to be . I am truly delighted with the results!

This is totally unlike any other meditation I've done before. Its so much easier than anything else I've tried, and i've done a fair few types and nothing ever really stuck. The mechanics of this, with that wonderful little mantra make it a breeze to do. Will told us in the introductory talk that EVERYBODY can and does do this really successfully but I was a little sceptical. Having now practised it, I can honestly say its impossible not to get it and I can now see how even young children can do it. I especially like the fact that you're not forced to think in any kind of way, this just allows you to be. It's easy, it's really relaxing and you feel absolutely top notch after every meditation. I really can't recommend this highly enough. Even if you think you've tried lots of meditation in the past. Try this and I bet you it will exceed your expectations.

I am very grateful to discover Vedic Meditation through a talk which Will did at our University. Initially, I actually went to the session with an intention of doing a meditation session as I didn't realise until later that it was an introductory talk only. I found Will's talk very interesting, positive and just seeing Will's passion about it and all the benefits that this type of meditation brings, I really wanted to learn more and so I decided to sign up for the intensive weekend course. Also, for some time I have been looking for a kind of meditation which I can easily incorporate into my daily routine and be consistent with (as I've tried a few) and until now I haven't found one. I really enjoyed the intensive weekend course with Will, who is very knowledgeable and a great teacher, we learned how to mediate, discovered a lot of interesting information about how the mind works and the benefits of the meditation, and it was very interesting and re-assuring to see that the group seemed to experience similar sensations during and after the early days of the Vedic meditation. Today, it's been over 3 weeks since I started the meditation but so far it's been positive and I am really enjoying. I actually look forward to doing the meditation (first thing in the morning) and then just before I go home after work (as I was lucky to discover a little meditation room at our Regent Street building). Especially the afternoon session feels really nice, my tension headache goes away, and I go home feeling nice and not so tired. It feels like a reward to me for a busy day's work. I noticed that I am more productive at work, more focused and generally I feel less stressed. It's still early days but so far it has been a definitely very positive experience and I am looking forward to the future with Vedic meditation. I am very grateful to Will and for incorporating the Vedic meditation into my life. It's so easy to include it in a daily routine and now I do it so automatically that it doesn't feel like I have to force myself to do it or struggle to find a time, as it just became a part of my everyday life. I fully recommend!

I attended Will's meditation course 2 weeks ago. Thank you Will and Jess for such an interesting, insightful and totally wonderful weekend. I have been raving about it at work and to my friends ever since! Quite a few people have asked me for your details already. Having been given the tools of meditation from Will, feels like an amazing gift. I feel such a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders just by not having to be constantly worrying about so many things has reduced so much stress already. Knowing the meditation is fixing everything in its natural order, be it physical or mental or emotional from the inside out is such an incredible and comforting thought. I look forward to the endless benefits yet to come and thank you both so much for taking this upon yourselves to share this precious gift with the world and me.
