I am so thankful that I was able to take part in Will's meditation course, it's one of the best things I've ever done. Any initial anxiety I had was quickly dispelled by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Will and Jess created. Will's laid back but knowledgeable and enthusiastic teaching style drew me in from the word 'go'. The simple but effective technique of Vedic meditation has given me an invaluable tool which allows me to view my life in a much more positive light. Its benefits have been immediate; I am feeling so much calmer and my energy levels have increased, making me feel ready to take on whatever the day ahead has to offer. Knowing that Will and Jess are on the end of the phone if I need advice or guidance is really reassuring and the opportunity to share experiences with others is an added bonus. Learning Vedic meditation last year with Will Williams was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I tried various methods in the past but there wasn't anything that resonated or stuck with me. I wasn't sure Vedic meditation would at first, but I kept practicing and within a short amount of time started to see some very positive changes in my life. These changes were so beneficial I couldn't look back, so fitting it into my daily life from thereon was unquestionable. If you want to feel less stressed, carefree, more understanding & compassionate towards others and more productive then it's definitely worth trying. I've found it so beneficial and important to keep in my life I'm eager to learn more. I'm currently attending the Exploring the Veda course which gives you the feeling that what we experience in our daily lives is just the tip of the iceberg and that there might be so much more potential out there we can start to explore.

I've been doing this for three weeks and the most significant positives are improved sleep almost immediately - which was the main reason for learning so i'm very happy about that. I'm also experiencing less aches and pains and i'm not getting so fixated on things that make me cross!! I'm loving it !

I learned 5 weeks ago and my experience has been super positive. My anxiety and depression is lifting, I'm sleeping like a log, I have waves of energy, am super productive at work and less reactive to potentially stressful situations. My friends and colleagues have noticed how much calmer, balanced and happier I seem. I treasure the glimpses of bliss and tranquility I get to experience when I do this. Thank you!

I have to say I didn't expect it to have such an impact on me so soon. It's made me realise the extent to which my body and mind were all over the place and out of sync. Each time I meditate my nervous system is buzzing all over my body, almost like pins and needles but without the awkwardness.....a very nice experience! Also when I'm not meditating I get the sensation and it makes me think my nervous system needs a LOT of resetting and it feels like it is smoothing out very quickly.. Every time I used to make lunch or wash up etc. I would put the radio on for company as I wasn't comfortable with my own thoughts. The last 2 days I haven't listened to the radio in these circumstances as I feel more at peace with myself....it makes me smile! Thank you ever so much for teaching this to me, This feels like a new me, one i'm super happy and comfortable with!

I just wanted to say a very warm thank you to both you and Jess for this weekend. I really had no idea that it would make such an impact on me. I came into work this morning and I feel like a totally different person. About 5 people have come up to me today to ask me if I'd been on holiday as I look like I am glowing (apparently!). How freaky is that?! I woke up at 6.30am this morning to do my first meditation of the day. I NEVER wake up at 6.30am for anything other than skiing. But I got up, pottered around for a bit and did my first meditation. Came into work this morning (I was early for the first time in 7 years) feeling happy and positive. This is so far away from how I have been feeling for the last 4 months, that I hardly recognise myself. If this is what Vedic meditation does for me after only 3 days, I am telling you now that you have a lifelong convert on your hands! Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart. Feeling slightly emotional as I write this as I didn't realise how much I needed it. I introduced Tim to it thinking that he needed it but as it turns out, I have needed this as much as he did.

Will is a superb teacher. He has such a depth of knowledge and understanding of meditation and Vedic wisdom that he shares with his students and he combines this beautifully with passion and gentleness. I particularly enjoy going along to the free group meditations which they provide once you've completed your course. Will talks to each member of the group and listens carefully to our stories - what has worked, what hasn't worked, and he is fantastic at addressing all of our questions and concerns. He offers suggestions and practical advice to help guide us to ever more fulfilling experiences, both within the meditation and outside of it. We always finish with a group meditation which is powerful stuff! Introducing meditations into my life has vastly reduced my stress levels and added an awareness and a sense of peace that I am able to drawer upon throughout the day. It has had a profound impact on my life experience and I honestly can't imagine what life would be like now without it, it's too good!

Vedic meditation has opened a whole new way of living & being for me. My needs are fewer & I find myself wishing to give more to the people around me and into my work. I feel so inspired by life now! I also feel calmer, more peaceful and much more connected to the universe. I wasn't really expecting it to have such a huge impact like this, and all I can say is that I'm so grateful to Will and to Jess for all they have shared. I am now in a much better position to look at my life and make decisions about what I want to do with my life ....GO WILL !
