I practiced mindfulness for quite while…which is great, of course….but I felt like there was something more. And one thing led to another…like it does. Then I started a conversation with a guy in Sydney who suggested that I go and see Will. So, I left work early, and asking myself just what I thought I was doing with every step I took, eventually arrived at Will's place. That was a year ago now. Since then regular practice has brought significant changes in every aspect of my life. There is more clarity, more space for empathy, more delight in the world. At least that's what people observe, as they ask curiously, hesitantly,"how have you done this?". The technique Will teaches is simple, and entirely suited to the lives we lead today. The hardest part is getting from "here," to Will's place, feeling like a lemon maybe, uncertain of what you're going to face, who you'll meet. You will be met with kindness and an easy humour, and you will meet people just like you. And of course its such a simple technique. You will not look back. If there is one thing you do, do this. Now. Do it now.

The meditation really works! On Friday I came to the US. I only had 1:30 hours of sleep. The flight left at 3:00 am. Arrived at Fort Lauderdale at 7:00 am. I was not able to sleep on the plane, though I did my meditations. Then I took a car and had to drive for 3 more hours. On the middle of the journey I was falling asleep. Stopped at a service plaza on the turnpike, did a 20 mins meditation and I was as fresh as a lettuce!!! Amazing!!!  I've also not experienced jet lag on intercontinental flights.

It was an absolute delight to learn meditation with Jess and Will, they made the whole process very simple in a very relaxed environment and made me feel completely at ease. The follow up group meditations are fantastic and have really helped to embed the practice into my day to day life. I could not recommend them more highly!

Vedic Mediation gave me what I was looking for on business and personal level. I have heard and read about the many advantages on physical and mental level and I’m convinced it literally changes lives. Thanks to the professional and inspirational courses and guidance with Will and Jess, I have become a firm believer in Vedic Meditation and recommend everyone to look into this.

Having tried counselling, hypnotherapy and other forms of meditation, I can say that Vedic meditation is the one which has been life-changing for me. For the first time in my life, I can sleep and think calmly before reacting to circumstances. Unlike other forms of meditation, Vedic meditation does not require to free your mind of all thoughts but to simply let those thoughts flow over you while concentrating on a mantra and in time, those thoughts become all but a distant murmur in the background. Thanks to this wonderful technique, meditation has become an intrinsic part of my life, without which I could not survive the daily stresses and troubles of life and wonder how I ever managed before. I'm extremely grateful to Jess and Will for introducing me to the wonderful world of Vedic meditation and for providing a safe outlet via their weekly group sessions for releasing all the negativity which has built up over the years and which otherwise would have released itself in other undesirable ways. I highly recommend that you take the course, it will change your life!

I started meditating in December 2014 as I was stressed at college doing A levels. I guess I needed a way to calm and manage my nerves before exams. Meditation helped me with that, enabling me to stay calm and focused. It has also helped with so many other things such as confidence, efficiency and prioritising.

After my first session with Will I noticed a huge improvement in my sleep, and from then on it's only got better. I'm also more alert when I'm awake.   Will very clearly reiterated all the elements of technique over the four days, and by the end I felt comfortable continuing by myself.

My meditation is integrating itself very smoothly and providing to be many real noticeable benefits. In the beginning I was checking time after 8-10 minutes, now I have nearly reached this to 17-18 minutes and several times its crossed past 20 minutes. Sound sleep and no anxiety and increase in concentration are my immediate benefits.
