Amazing teacher, amazing courses and retreats, couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend Will's courses to everyone from all walks of life and of all ages.

Will is really passionate about what he does and his masterful understanding and conviction shone through when I attended one of his introductory courses. His passion is certainly infectious, made more so because it is also supported and complimented by his in-depth knowledge of techniques, history and practices. His is an extremely convincing story since he is someone who came to meditation via his own personal experience and choice - he knows what he is talking about. I found the sessions informative, hugely interesting and left with plenty of food for thought. The 20 min meditation that he taught us was different to other techniques that I have done before which were based strongly on visualization. Will's technique is comparatively introspective, allowing you to explore on your own and setting you free to meditate on a more individual level. If you are looking for something that completely takes you away and makes you feel like you've had 8 hours sleep and woken up instantly alert and revived, then check out Will Williams' course. You won't ever look back. Welcome to a new life!

I tried Transcendental Meditation with a different teacher about a year ago but, along with several of the other students, I had been very unhappy with the methods and instructions we were given. But I always suspected that with the right teacher I might have had a different experience. I'm so pleased that I trusted my instincts and asked Will Williams if he would help me. He invited me to join his classes and from the very beginning I was amazed at the difference to my previous experience. I have an interest in Psychology and Neuroplasticity and Will is well aware of the new scientific research on the beneficial effects of mediation on the brain. His talks about these effects and benefits were so interesting.. He is also an inspiring teacher on the historical and spiritual aspects of meditation. He took the trouble to re-introduce me to my mantra and since then I have been motivated to meditate twice a day and it has been quite simply life changing. I feel so much more grounded and centered. I'm also experiencing a lot more synchronicity in my life. I know this is the start of a fascinating and exciting journey.

When you have tried everything to battle anxiety and depression for more than 10 years and nothing has worked yet, you easy got the feeling to throw in the towel and ask yourself what is the life for. I was in that point... I wasn't happy, I wasn't living, I was just existing. Life was pointless, nothing to be excited for; even friends, family or boyfriend could ever cheer me up. But I'm a fighter, and I don't throw towels anywhere. So as I've been doing for the last ten years I woke up one day and browsing in google for 'miracle treatment to beat anxiety and panic atacks' I've found on the top of the list Will Williams Meditation. I had to check it out, had to attend one of the free Intro talks. And here I were: Finally met someone who cares about people and cares about happiness. Will and Jess. Jess and Will. The perfect match, the perfect answer for my question. They introduced to me the power of daily meditation. Soon after practising for first time I felt lighter, happier, full of purpose, full of life. Life is a bumpy ride, overwhelming most of the times, but with the meditation you are strong enough to go through. I couldn't take the tube before without a panic attack, after the third month meditating, I can't stand the long and annoying bus journey. I can't go anywhere if it's not by tube... You see??? Magic is real, Magic is WILL WILLIAMS MEDITATION.

I know Will and decided to try out his meditation class as I had heard so many good reports about his teaching techniques, this was despite my being sceptical and thinking it would involve sitting cross legged and chanting. All I can say is that what I had heard was so true, he is a wonderful teacher and there is no chanting or sitting cross legged, in fact you can do this type of meditation practically anywhere at any time. I had a great experience and learned so much about myself and how my body and mind can react in ways I had not considered due to the process of chemicals and adrenalin that can be ignited in certain situations. It has really helped me as a person and in the way in which I communicate with friends and family. Also my colleagues in the work place say they have noticed a positive difference in the way I interact with them in my role as CEO. I know I have seen positive responses from my work colleagues in return and that makes for a happier and more efficient work place and can only help the business improve. I would recommend the course and its benefits to anyone and everyone for improved personal wellbeing. It is also a tool that businesses should seriously consider adding to their employee program. What a wonderfully humbling and down - to - earth experience ! The teacher , Will and his good lady Jess welcome you with open arms and a delicious selection of teas! The technique they teach you is really quite remarkable and I can honestly say it has changed my WHOLE ENTIRE life! I 'm not usually one for such emphatic statements but I am blown away by just how good this is. I am now recommend ing this to all my friends and f amily , and seeing the effect its having, I have come to the conclusion that everybody should be doing this!!!

There's a familiar question that always gets asked: "What would your super power be?" When someone wants to know how you would improve your life with a super hero, fantasy skill. (Walk on Water?... Fly?... See through walls?...) If someone asked me that question now I would say that I don't need a make believe 'power' as I have meditation. Very briefly - meditation is incredible - you feel amazing, the world rolls with you and all questions / stresses can be dealt with using a clear, balanced perspective. Everything just seems easier. Will's style of teaching is perfect for modern city living. He guides you, so you understand how to work meditation into your lifestyle, rather than having to schedule your lifestyle to suit meditation.

I learnt to meditate with Will a bit more than a year ago and still absolutely love it. I also have been on a few advanced courses and a retreat and recommend everyone to at least do a retreat. It is like finding the reset button for yourself. You completely unwind and re-energise in just one weekend.
