I have to admit I was a little sceptical when I first decided to learn meditation from Will. I liked the idea of meditation, but coming from a totally non-religious background, I wanted to understand the science behind it all as well as learn the process. So, Will assured me that he was the man for the job and I signed up for the weekend course. I have to say, by the end of the weekend I was a believer! I thought Will was very impressive - He had a great balance of knowledge, enthusiasm and was an excellent teacher. He was able to handle any question our group threw at him and handle them very very well. I have come away extremely excited and motivated to practice meditation and am now a week or so into my own experience of it. My main observations so far are increased energy levels in the day and I am far more relaxed. I'm sure there are many more to come, but this is a pretty awesome start! I would highly recommend Will to anyone looking to start meditating... he's the man! :) PS. A year on I'm feeling no anxiety at all, and i'm sleeping like a baby, its a revelation!

Since the short time since my course I have noticed remarkable improvements, and the results are truly fantastic. I have been so happy and it is fair to say that before the course happy was not a state that I visited very often. It feels likes I have found the answer for which I have been searching for but never expected to get so quickly or simply. The feeling of happiness has been joined also by a state of calm that has helped me to deal with situations that would normally have made me a bag of nerves. I have found myself dealing with complex presentations without stressing out; I contribute to high level meetings clearly and confidently; I am able to talk with my wife over the phone without getting stressed even when I am having a high impact day or she is unwittingly trying to wind me up (much to her annoyance). I think the biggest impact is the fact that people around me have really noticed the difference - they cant get over the how much I smile now and in such a short time. I can truly say that taking the plunge and going against what society has programmed into my brain as something a bit different, was the best move I have made in a very very long time. I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 3 years and I really wish that everyone that suffers from the same thing could be offered this on the NHS, rather than being abandoned or prescribed antidepressants for the rest of their lives. I have been truly lucky to have recovered as well as I have. Working with Will has helped me overcome the final few hurdles that I had no idea how to overcome. I hope that this message will inspire any fellow suffers to make contact with Will, If you do I am sure it will help you regain those bits of you that you thought were lost forever. I would like to say thank to both Will and Jess for teaching my wife and I this amazing life tool that will help us to grow even closer and deal with any of the stresses that life may throw at us.

Before I met Catherine, I had never learnt meditation nor meditated in my entire life! I wasn’t sure if I’d gain anything from the course, however I understood the benefits that it could provide me, and with that, I embarked on a course via work. I went in with an open mind and came away with so much more than I had expected! I learnt the theory and the technique, Catherine was very supportive (no question is a stupid question) and now it is down to me to apply these teachings to my daily routine. Thank you and see you again soon!

I have tried other types of meditation, most recently vipassana and mindfulness, but Vedic Meditation through Will's teaching came more easily and gave more than I had thought possible. I've found it increasingly profound and restorative in its effect on my life. It continually surprises me how peaceful and rejuvenating the experience is, I would recommend it to anyone.
