Following the group meditation I felt much more alive. I went to bed about midnight and normally would be anxious about getting up at 6.30am as would feel sleep deprived but I woke up before the alarm ready and alert, had a shower then meditated and that really made a difference in terms of not 'rushing' through it or being impatient with time. Had a very productive morning and arrived at work half hour earlier feeling calm - normally I get there just at the nick of time.

I am generally quite sceptical about practices that promise a wide range of benefits from a simple process, so I was started with Will & Jess with an open mind but limited expectations. I have been pleasantly surprised by the results that I am already seeing after a month. I am much calmer, with significantly lower stress levels, and a general feeling of well being. Other people have also commented that they have seen a difference. The whole experience worked well - the free taster session by Will provided a good overview with an honest description of what to expect. The introduction course itself was very enjoyable, and well managed by Will and Jess. The immediate ability to lose oneself in a group meditation session was particularly powerful. I look forward to joining some of the follow up sessions in the near future.

With the expert teaching and guidance of Will and Jess, the simple, effortless Vedic meditation technique has enabled me to establish a regular, sustainable meditation practice for the first time in my life, (having previously tried breath meditation, mindfulness, yoga and read numerous " self help" books.) My meditation provides a little oasis of calm in the often turbulent waters of my day. It facilitates deep physical and mental relaxation and leaves me feeling rested and more connected to the deeper strands of the world around me. In everyday life I am much calmer and when stress does arise I can deal with it better. Will and Jess don't just teach the technique, they offer endless support, through wisdom and kindness, and complimentary "reboots" where needed. And opportunities to deepen our practice with retreats and more advanced (yet still straightforward) techniques, and, for those of us who develop a deeper interest, to explore the Vedic approach to the "bigger questions" of the universe, life and consciousness.

I was a complete novice to meditation and mindfulness and any of those things, before I came across Will and Jess. I thought that I didn't need it as was very happy with where I was and that mediation was only for people who wanted to 'escape from society’. Will persuaded me to take a chance and just try it, so I did, as why would you not try something that could make life even better? That is what mediation is for me, a way to be able to engage with society even more and enjoy life even more. I would (and have) recommend it to anyone, no matter what age or type of person they are, as this is something for everyone. Anyone can do this and feel the benefits, as well as live busy lives in society to the full, so just give it a go and you will never look back.

I learnt to meditate over 6 years ago in Australia and I'd say it's definitely one of the most important life skills I've had the pleasure of learning. I was so happy to meet Will a few years back in London where they are making this ancient technique easy, current and practical for the urban lifestyle and available for anyone that wants to try it!. They are a fountain of knowledge that feels safe to tap into every time you need a little support.

We are overwhelmed with gratitude Will and Jess! We have been on many retreats in the past but nothing quite compares to this one.
