Meditation for Cholesterol

Curve Curve

Meditation is a powerful way to naturally lower cholesterol levels in the body. When we increase our resistance to stress and anxiety through Beeja meditation, there will be far fewer hardened, damaged arteries for the cholesterol to stick to, so it passes easily through our system.

  • The problem

All too often we are eating diets which are not great and full of ‘bad’ cholesterol foods. Definitely a healthier diet will put us in good stead.

But, it is the accumulation of dangerous fatty plaques that causes increased cholesterol levels. And reducing this mechanism is the key to reducing cholesterol.

That means addressing our stress levels...

  • How it affects you

When we get stressed, our arteries harden, arterial branches get damaged and high levels of clotting agents form. This stops cholesterol from being able to pass smoothly through or systems; and it starts to build up.

  • How can Beeja help?

When we increase our resistance to stress and anxiety through Beeja meditation, there will be far fewer hardened, damaged arteries for the cholesterol and cardiovascular crud to stick to, so it will pass easily through our system.

More inspiring still: when we meditate, our bodies can rest, repair and rebalance. Not only will we prevent the further build-up of fatty plaques in our system; our body will actually start to reduce the level of plaques.

This is very significant. Most medications aim to stop the cholesterol levels getting higher. Whereas Beeja meditation achieves on average a 10% reduction.

When combined with the reduction in vessel damage that comes from the reduction in stress, it is truly game-changing.

It means we can stay blissfully free of medications and their unwanted side effects.

An added bonus is that when we meditate, and our our stress levels fall, we are much less likely to reach for the cookie jar.

Without even trying we reduce the amount of ‘bad’ cholesterol in our daily diet.

It’s so much easier to feel motivated to eat well and exercise when we are operating with the balance and freedom provided by a simple and enjoyable meditative technique.
